This was my first time at a Cold Stone. I'm not completely familiar with the area, like I was years ago before moving away, so I googled and yelped places in the area. I got the signature mix of mint chocolate chocolate chip. It was everything I could have hoped for. The staff was quick and efficient and helpful even though it was busy. The only downside to this place is the location in the plaza. It's right next to the movie theater and parking is not great on Friday nights; it's worse when there is a big budget movie opening.

Yummy, fun ice cream creations! I have yet to try all the flavors. The Like It size is fairly big. A Love It could probably feed two people. I'm sure a Gotta Have It is for the whole family right?! I like the Birthday Cake Remix and Oreo Overload creations. The staff here are extremely helpful and patient. Will let you try flavors before choosing one. Fun to watch them mash ice cream. Arm workout for days! Not a lot of seating available inside or out. They also sell cakes and cater for parties I believe. And you can even order a large tub of ice cream to go! Not sure how much that would cost though. They did have a check-in deal when I came. $2 off 2 Love It signatures. Damn. Now I want some ice cream.

My husband loves ice cream cake, so for his birthday, I got him a huge Coldstone Creamery ice cream cake from this location. I had a great experience ordering through them. The staff was superbly friendly and gave me helpful advice about transporting and storing the cake. You can order customized ice cream cakes on their website, but you don't get all the options online. I wanted fresh strawberries mixed into the ice cream, so I called the location, and they were very accommodating. They called me on the day of the party to confirm everything, and the cake was done on time, ready to go as scheduled. We had sweet cream ice cream with fresh strawberries and almonds mixed in, and a layer of strawberries and pureed strawberries on top of a layer of yellow cake. The whole thing was frosted in a white buttercream, with fresh strawberries on top. The cake and ice cream were perfect, not too sweet at all (unlike Carvel ice cream cakes, which are sugar-bombs). Everyone at the birthday party (kids and adults alike) enjoyed the cake and couldn't believe it came from a chain store because it tasted so fresh.

The building & staff... I've been here more than I care to admit, but these guys are always unfailingly kind. They're attentive, and more importantly, visibly nonjudgmental when I lay that chocolate on and top it with a gummy bear. The inside is very small, but the outdoor seating makes up for it. The ice cream... I had never been to a Coldstone before this place, but I was thoroughly impressed. Despite the standing as a chain, I don't hate their food. In fact, I really love their ice cream despite how expensive it is. Overall, I'm a fan.

After a brutal training day and a dinner with my girls, this was the perfect stop for my night. We were greeted and got started with our bases. I love cake, so I got the cake flavor ice cream which in the Like It size is only 340 calories. Then I added oreos, cookie dough, and the man servicing suggested brownie, which I couldn't turn down. It was divine! I will be back.

This is my usual stop before the movie right next door. My husband loves Cold Stone and he wants to get it everytime he sees this place. My husband favorite is Strawberry Blond and my favorite is Berry Berry Berry Good and Strawberry Banana Randezvous. My husband ordered one of their icecream cake for the Valentine's day and it turned out to be pretty good too. This place is located in a large mall with Target, movie theatre, a couple restaurants and other shopping places. You can get a good icecream when you want to take a break between shopping and all!

Where as this place is usually awesome, they are lucky to get 1 star today. I'm hoping the employees were new as they didn't know how to use a voucher or a gift card. The creation counter was a total mess and instead of offering to put the extra of my ice cream in another container, they stood over the trash and scooped it into it. Very grossed out and almost left. I hope they train them better in the future... Any other time, this place is outstanding!

It's Cold Stone. What's not to love? I mean really? The ice cream and toppings are good and the place is always clean. It's a little pricey but it makes a great treat.

Cold Stone is great if you want to customize your ice cream experience but they are all pretty much the same at every location. The staff at this location was very friendly and let me sample a flavor I was interested in. They made some recommendations and got my family our ice cream pretty quickly. I personally am not a huge fan of the actual ice cream at Cold Stone (I think it has a artificial sweeter flavor). I feel that it is nothing special for the price. Also this location suffers from a major lack of seating so be prepared to get your ice cream to go.
